Matriculation/ Secondary School Examination Certificateor equivalentcertificate issued by the Concerned Board of Education will only beacceptedasproof of Date of Birth, Candidate’s name and Parent’s name (Father &Mother)(Noother document like Admit Card/ Marksheet/ Transfer Certificateetc,areacceptable). Note 2. In case Parent’s name (Father & Mother) is not mentionedinMatriculation/ Secondary School Examination Certificate or equivalent certificate,the candidate is required to produce any document issued by Govt of IndiaorStates Govt such as Birth Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Drivinglicence etc. for verification. However, Candidate’s name and their Parent’snamefilled in online application must match exactly with those mentionedintheproduced document. (iii) 12
th class marksheet and certificate or Equivalent certificate/ Diplomamarksheet and certificate (Diploma holders).

(iv) Engineering Degree/Provisional Degree issued by the recogniseduniversity.Provisional Degree should not be more than six months old at thetimeofthecandidate joining the Academy. (v) Marksheets of all semesters/years. (Candidates having backlogat thetimeof submission of application are not eligible to apply). (vi) Certificate issued by the Controller of Examination/Registrar oftheconcerned University regarding formula for conversion of CGPA/ Gradesintomarks followed by the University. (vii) A certificate issued by the Controller of Exam/Registrar/Deanoftheconcerned University or Principal of the College regarding cumulativepercentageof marks upto 6th semester/3rd year of Engineering degree, upto8thsemester/4thyear of B. Architecture (B.Arch) and upto 2nd semester/1st year of M.Sc. innotifiedstream/ discipline as per Rules/Guidelines of the University whichisapplicabletothe candidate (for final year appearing candidates). (viii) Certificate from the Principal/ Head of the Institution statingthatthecandidate is studying in final year and his result will be declared by01OCT2025.This certificate should also certify that the candidate has not anybacklogatthe time of submission of online application (for final year appearingcandidates).
